Let Down
I have been on a low carb diet for about a year. I bought this Carbquik mix with high expectations because of the high reviews. This was a huge disappointment ...we made pancakes and as soon as the bag was opened, a very strong plastic/old smell came from the bag. I still gave it a shot but the taste was just like the smell. Idk if this was an old bag (it was used before expiration date?) or store by something else. I was really hoping we would love this product but can’t say we will even use the remainder of the box. :(
