The manufacturer has to know the issues. To flaky. Can’t get them out of package before they fall apart. I have more negative not worth writing it all. I don’t understand why this is not being fixed. I for one only eat this cracker and pay enough for the crackers. Just wish I could eat more crackers then thrown away
My family and I love these crackers. The flavors are spot on, however they crumble so easily. Please, please, please try and make them stronger. The last box we received, everyone we’d pick up out of the package just crumbled on a slight touch. And that’s one reason, a major reason we don’t like them!
I brought 2 boxes of these crackers to use this past holiday season to serve with dips and cheese balls. Unfortunately each sleeve of these crackers in the boxes crumble or broken. WORTHLESS to use with dips and cheese balls. I was so disappointed in these crackers.
Here’s a professional yet firm email you can use: --- I wanted to share some feedback regarding your Townhouse crackers. They have long been my favorite, but recently I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality. The last two boxes I purchased had roughly half the crackers in each sleeve broken into crumbles. Because they crumble with the slightest pressure, it’s nearly impossible to spread anything on them. This has been very disappointing, as I’ve always enjoyed your product and recommended it to others. I hope you can look into this issue and restore the quality that made Townhouse crackers a household favorite. If this continues, I may have to find a new go-to cracker brand, which I’d prefer not to do. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Negative reviews have been piling up here on your site for years. All with the same experience as ours-crumbly crackers. We keep buying them in hopes that it’s just a fluke but we’ve had enough now. Why do you not provide a solution based on all of this feedback. Why can’t you make the crackers the way they used to be made-crumble free? Please We beg you.
just purchased a few hours ago. New box and as usual the crackers are so thin they cannot be buttered with a spreadable cheese. I had decided to never buy them again as the problem dates back quite awhile. I see from my trying them the problem still exist i am enclosing a photo of what happens when you open a sleeve. Most are allready broken, those that aren" t break the minute you try to apply a spread.
Product is less than one star...less than poor. In the entire box only a dozen were dust or crumbs. Junk product.
I have been buying Town House crackers for many years. I won’t buy them anymore. You can’t get them out of the wrapper without them crumbling into little pieces.
I've been eating these crackers for over 30! What changed? Why do they crumble? The whole box are all cracked and crumbly. You can't even spread anything on them because, as soon as you open the package it turns into crumbs.
These crackers are just that cracker crumbs. I open the package and if i am lucky enough to get a whole cracker it crumbles when i pit some cheese on it. Do better
