I am very frustrated about this situation, enough to come on here and write a review, but glad to know it's not just ME! My husband and I recently switched from Ritz Crackers and started enjoying these original light buttery Townhouse crackers, but every box we receive we are thrilled to pieces to find one individual row (or package) in the box, that is not crushed and a mere collection of crumbs. This is very disappointing and we are wondering WHYYY?? I even tried picking them up in the local Walmart store, thinking the grocery delivery handling might be the issue, but nope... five boxes so far and same crumbly mess each time. We are tired of paying for crumbs and having to nibble off of tiny, broken, pieces AND having to clean up the mess while throwing our hard earned money in the trash. Please fix this, so we can enjoy our peanut butter and cracker snacks without the hassle. Thank you!
Crackers seem to have gotten thinner and break and crumble when removing from sleeves. Time to switch brands.
These townhouse crackers came all smashed. It seems like the box was dropped several times. This happened also on my September 10th order. I just didn’t say anything the first time it happened. Can you do some kind of return of payment? Attached are a couple pictures.
How is this product still in the stores? I can't believe Walmart hasn't pulled them from the shelves. At least half of every package is crumbs. And if they're not in crumbs the cracker breaks when trying to put anything on it. Worst crackers ever made. My wife kept accidentally buying them randomly because they're saved in the online shopping cart. Every single time they're a frustrating pile of crumbs.
This box of crackers arrived crushed and the crackers had to be poured out of the bag!! This is not the first time I have received damaged products, especially food.
When I opened the box, the first sleeve was crumbs! So, I thought ok that could happen. Put it back and took out another, it was crushed! The next sleeve, and the next! All 6 sleeves were a crushed mess! I've never been more disappointed! Was it because I did online shopping? That's what my mom thinks.
We purchased this big box of crackers so we didn't have to buy them as often. The only bad thing about that is over half of the box of crackers were crumbs. You couldn't tell until you actually opened each individual sleeve.
Box of townhouse crackers were packed in a box by itself. When I opened the package the box was mashed in a couple places. Opened the box and all 4 packs were crushed. Couldn’t use any of them.
I just opened this box of crackers. Every row was mostly broken crackers. Not happy at all. Wish I had noticed it sooner so I could have returned it.
The last two boxes we ordered were crumbs. Every sleeve, too! The box looks fine, so my guess is they are being dropped hard at the store on the pallet? Won't buy them here anymore.
