Refund Request Denied
I did not try the product. I had purchased for students at school for a writing project. I opened two containers and they did not like them, so I opted to request a return. I was given a time line until Dec. 20th. I tried to return them to a local Walmart on Dec. 11th and was told these were non-refundable. How do I get a refiund???

Item was delayed for three weeks with no communication. I had to request a cancellation. Absolutely ridiculous
