Putting it together was not fun. The last bit, trying to get the top on properly was super hard. Finally got it done and now I LOVE it.
So happy I found this enclosure my ball python is thriving so well and even had his first full shed in it!

Honestly, I mainly got this because my glass tank just doesn't hold heat well, and people kept saying this one does. Setup was easier than I expected. I really like the top cover panel—it helps keep the temps in better, which is a nice touch. The aluminum frame also feels super sturdy and should last way longer than plastic that can wear out over time. So far, I'm pretty happy with it.
I went with this enclosure because it's expandable, so when my ball python gets bigger I can just extend it instead of buying a whole new cage. Once it's set up, it looks really nice. The glass doors are easy to clean and it holds heat well. You do need to add your own waterproofing, but for the price it's a great deal.
It was very easy to put together, and so far, it has retained heat and humidity very well. It's also the perfect size for an adult female BP.
Received the PVC reptile tank all in one piece. Had a few issues during assembly, but customer service was super patient and the installation video they provided was really easy to follow.
I'm sorry but this enclosure is the worst one I have ever purchased. i will not recommend it to anyone. My brother and I tried for hours to put it together. But there was just not way of getting it lined up to be able to do so. So, even after getting help from the company trying to help we still couldn't get it together. So, I finally gave up and sent it back. it was just a waste of a lot of my time 👎👎
I would give this seller any stars. I did not receive this item and when they learned of it all they can do it says it was delivered no help at all. It's like I was being called a liar and stuck a 44 gallon tank in my pocket. They could not supply any proof it was delivered I would not recommend this seller to anyone. Sad thing is this is a Christmas present and I had to go nuts trying to find another one to be delivered before Christmas
I do love the tanks but their lack of communication and month long wait made me not want to order from this company again.
