Great Router At An Affordable Price
The AX55 gives me a nice strong signal even downstairs at the far end of the house in what was previously a dead zone. I no longer need to use the range extender that was a must if I wanted to get a more or less reliable signal downstairs at all. This router is all I need. I will say that setting it up with the Tether app was impossible. I just seemed to go around in circles. Finally I had to boot up my PC and connect directly to the router that way. Completed the setup in a minute. I find the app useful for keeping track of who and what is connected to my network--for anything else it's just simpler to do it on an ethernet connected computer. Oh and FYI, TP-Link's Customer Support is excellent if you should need help setting it up. They really know their stuff and can resolve any issues fast.

Great router
This router was easy to hook up and has improved our device performance. Our grandson is very happy with how his Xbox games are running.

decent product at a good price
Prior to this purchase, I have used two routers - Linksys EA6500 and Netgear 96 AC1750 This router is a step up from those two in terms of security and functionality. With that I am well pleased! However, there were some unseen problems - it does not support a USB printer connection, and I have been unable to connect my HP 2700 e via WPS. I will find work arounds or buy a new printer. Other than the printer issues, I am well satisfied!
