Good product
I have locs and this shampoo definitely penetrates them and cleans perfectly. 1 exception is that it does burn the eyes.

Hair loss
This made my hair super soft but I experienced a lot of shedding. I looked online for other reviews and there were a lot of people saying the same. I stopped using after 3rd use.

Not for me
Smells sooo good. Sadly, this product dried out my hair and made it feel like straw. I have thick, slightly wavy, color treated hair.
