Nice product
I started to use 2 daily and feel like they work well. I feel a difference in my health and recommend them to anyone that feels they don't get the full nutrition from their food.

Best Multi out there...bar none!
Can't beat this multi. It has it all including all the trace minerals. Due to its complexity and content, one tablet won't do it. They pack this with everything so you do need to take 4 to 8 depending on weight. I weigh 165 lbs and found 5 to be perfect for my body weight. Oh and the price from Vitamin Life is the best.

Absurd amounts of energy!
This multi gives me an incredible amount of energy and prompts little sleep. Its incredible and I highly, highly recommend! Especially if you exercise!

A Great Multi!
I used to take 10-12 different nutrients each day! This Multi is packed with so many nutrients that I was able to cut that in half and save some money!

Natural vitamins. Better for you than synthetic
I like that they are natural vs. synthetic. My doc really likes them as well as a few others in the medical community I hang with. It says to take 4 tabs per day, I take 2. I do shop around for these as there can be a $10/bottle difference. I did not give it 5 stars as I'm not sure of the benefit it has provided over what else I am doing. I will stay with them

Herby smell and will repeat if taken without food. Easy enough solution to take with a meal.
