Good way to get extra

Excellent quality electrolyte which comes in a easy to use fluid form and you can mix easily with the water in the hydration pack while biking or outdoor training. It's my husbands favorite for his enduro bike rides because it keeps him hydrated, keeps his energy levels high during the ride and the taste it's so mild that he doesn't get bothered by it.

I was looking for electrolytes that wouldn't have any additional vitamins because i use a lot of supplements separately. I'm starting my carnivore journey, and it's really very important to give your body good quality electrolytes to help it work optimality. This Trace Minerals electrolytes was one of the better choices that I've found, which didn't have any additional unnecessary vitamins added to it and it's high quality product with good ingredients.

I have been enjoying this electrolyte product. It has a slightly salty taste so sometimes I put half the suggested amount in the same size of water. Or, I add lime to the water to mask the salty taste. It really isn't that bad I just am sensitive to flavors lol. My only thing I don't love so much is that the package makes it hard to get just one drop out. Usually two come out, so it's not a big deal but the dropper vial in the smaller size of this product would definitely be better for taking just one drop at a time.

My go to favourite electrolytes. I have ME, which means I have the same circulating blood volume constantly as an athlete who's just run a marathon...it's low all the time. These are essential for just functioning, 10-12 drops per glass of water. Pure, no silly marketing hype or unnecessary additives and simple and easy to use with minimal packaging. Highly recommend. Can be added to anything.

Too notch electrolytes here! They taste gross in their own, but mix really well into a flavoured beverage. I loved mixing this with a vitamin C drink for adrenal support. Hydration is really important for me as a POTS patient, and these do the job really well, and I notice the benefits within minutes. Two thumbs up!

Most people are deficient in magnesium - this is an easy way to make sure your hydration is effective. Not all water is created equal - many are devoid of minerals that our body needs. Absolutely love this product. It doesn't change the taste of the water either.
