Good way to get extra

After having a long, hard recuperation from cancer, I was constantly dehydrated though I drank tons of water. It was a cellular dehydration and I was told to try these. Used them for a few years and then didn't need them till I went thru another bad phase due to radiation damage. Skin was hanging and I was thirsty all the time but water didn't help, started these again and life was better.

I have to filter my tap water for drinking. I use this product to replace the minerals.

It's a salt water flavor in your water.. like the bottle. I might just resort to putting Celtic Sea Salt instead... but seems like a good product
