This is so convenient and so much better than buying expensive electrolytes you only need 40 drops, my leg cramps have stopped
Love the energy this provides as it sustained me through throughout the day. It is not a jittery type of energy from coffee or a pre-workout either. I have already recommended this product to friends to purchase.
I'm enjoying more overall focus concentration endurance, will buy again
This is ideal for travel or local use when you need electrolytes to support hydration during hot summer days.
I have been using Trace Mineral Drops for many years. I buy it by the gallon. I use one squirt per 16 oz. bottle of water, mostly for the taste. Drinking plain water now is so boring and tasteless. They say minerals are required for vitamins to work properly. This is especially important if you drink bottled, filtered or distilled water. They tend to leach minerals out of your body. This water puts minerals into your body. You could almost call it a sugar-free sports drink. I love it!
I love this product. It gives water a power shot of very important minerals that everyone should be consuming on a day basis. This product also helps tbe flavor of water simply because it is a mix of electrolites. I use just 3 drops to a glass of water and thats repeated for 6 glasses of water through out the day and that maxes the serving size.
the trace mineral supplement didnt have the term "full spectrum " but from what i reade it is the same product as older labels that had the wording full spectrum
It definitely has a nontaste taste. Almost like a metallic feeling. I put this is my water and I can notice the difference with anywhere from 4-10 drops. I gradually started using this, using 1 drop for several days before adding another drop for a few days and so on til I worked my way up to 10 drops per day. It doesn't make a significant difference at first but the more drops I take the more regular I am. I would say 2 times a day regular. I like them but I can taste the difference in my water. I've heard people put it in juice but I'm not much of a juice drinker. Perhaps that would mask the flavor though.
I have been using this product for many years and trust the quality. I like to always have a small bottle on hand that doesn't take up much counter space. The packaging has recently changed and the new bottle is very tricky. If carefully tipped, you can dispense individual drops. However, there's a fine line between that and tipping too far in which case the liquid pours out and dispenses too much product to be palatable.
Had to return item. Came with different label than trace minerals on it . I will not take something that is label incorrectly
