It has a salty taste because those are minerals but the product made my leg cramps go away.

I have suffered with irregularity for years, trying many different products and diets with no lasting results. From the first day this product provided me with regularity, not once, but twice a day! I only take one pill a day and all my problems have vanished. It also works equally well for my husband and my mother. Also, none of us have experienced any negative effects such as cramping or pain. It just WORKS.

There's no other product on the market which equals or exceeds this product. I have tried them all. The liquids taste awful! Source Naturals has come up with a product which is effective in balancing the minerals our body requires for good health. I find myself dragging around when I do not take them. . Recently, I've been forced to cut back on certain products, but I feel that these critical minerals do so much to improve my health that I would think long and hard before eleminating them.

These are an excellent source of minerals. Have really had no problem taking them. If they are left in the container and taken out before using there is no problem with them crumbling. If they are left to sit out in the open for any length of time, they start to disintegrate. This does not present a problem if they are taken as soon as they are out of the container. My limit is 5-6 tabs at one time, about three times a day. Excellent for digestion.

I have been using Trace Minerals for years! They are like hydration drinks without the sugar and salt. Everyday I take one. Then I have a few in my lunchbox during warmer weather. When I start feeling fatigued, I take one with 8-12oz of water and feel better fast.

I will not order it again,as most of the magnesium comes from magnesium oxide and not naturally occuring.I ordered instead,Swanson's other trace mineral formula,where the magnesium comes strictly from "Concentrace",as magnesium oxide upsets my stomach.intestines,bowl movements

The tablets are great in that they contain several essential trace minerals. They are not so great because once taken out of the bottle and placed in a daily pill dispenser, they no longer remain bound in the pill form. I believe that a capsule would be better.

I bought this two months ago on the advice of my physician. But I discovered that the tables disintegrate in the pill minder. So I had to keep them in the original bottle, which meant that I forgot to take them half of the time. I am sure they contribute to good health, but I use the mineral drops instead.

The pills crumble apart, when the bottle is 1/2 empty.
