I think these are good quality. but the pills are big and chalky and for me they are hard to swallow. also, you have to take 6 of them so heads up if you have trouble swallowing pills

Replenishes my electrolyte but it smells of seawater which I didn't like. I like that it has trace minerals and taurine among other things that helps with hydration.

I still have muscle cramps, but i use it in hot days, combine with magnesium (400 mg). because in very hot days i know i need more salts. the size of the pills is nice, and i try to drink more water wuth ut, as writen .
