I sweat a lot when working out which leads to mineral depletion(sodium, potassium, et cetera), which leads to disabling cramping everywhere on my body. I take a few of these after every workout, or in the middle of long ones, and the cramping doesn't occur. Been using nearly 12 years with consistently good results. Also seems to work as a preventative for teh keto flu if you switch over to that diet.

I have struggled with electrolyte imbalance my whole life. Being keto since 2016 I've been in the hospital many times only to get IV fluids because my kidneys (which function fine according to doctors' tests) don't balance my electrolytes. I was drinking 40oz of salt water a day, plus a gallon of clean water measured daily just to stay mildly dehydrated. With these tablets I take the recommended dose and drink around 90oz of water daily and I STAY HYDRATED for the first time in more than a decade! I feel like this supplement was an answer to prayers. This is one of the most important supplement you can take for good health. It is a definite must for endurance athletes. If you are doing an endurance workout lasting more than an hour take ths every 20-30 min in the summer and 30 -45 min in cooler temps, if you are sweating a lot take before you think you need to.

I started using this when it was recommended by an influence (@themodernmuslimman) for use during Ramadan. It's always an issue in Ramadan where I drink a lot of water before starting the daily fast or after breaking it, leading to A LOT of visits to the bathroom. These tablets are surprisingly good. Imagine a 15 hours fast with no water and drink, and yet the urine was not yellow in colour. I am amazed!

I have suffered from chronic foot and calf cramping for years. Anything can trigger it, but certainly times when I use all my foot and calf muscles--such as social dancing, skiing, or lots of walking--make it worse, especially at night. Since starting on this product three weeks ago, I've been virtually cramp free. It feels like a miracle. Before when I would go skiing, I knew I would pay that night, even with magnesium supplements. The last two times I've taken 4 tabs right before skiing and 4 tabs right after and...NO CRAMPING! I cannot recommend this product enough, and it's rare that I recommend anything.

Ive been taking these twice daily because I aggressively exercise. They seem to work well: Im no longer cramping up. But they have a strong, fishy smell which is difficult to get used to. The company was nice enough to send out a replacement when I complained, but I think this is just how they smell.
