Excellent. I have been using ionic boron in my water for several years. It is an important mineral for our bodies. One doctor claimed that he gives it to his patients to get rid of fluoride from their bodies, so I take it for his belief, for our bones and enhances the mineral taste in my water. It is a win win!

I am very pleased with this Boron supplement. It is very easy to take, and it tastes fine and even good mixed in some water. It comes in a glass bottle and Swanson's packer put it in a great protection packet, so it would not break in the shipment, and I am sure that also helped insulate the bottle to keep it from freezing in the cold weather. :)

It tastes _really_ bad on its own, but taking it with milk masks the mineral flavor quite well. It's pretty expensive and hasn't seemed to help. My bones still hurt.
