This Trace Minerals Copper is an excellent supplement for anyone deficient in that mineral. It has an easy to measure dropper and it is a good quantity for the price. I definitely felt more energy from this product and the taste wasn't terrible but not pleasant either.

This has a very strong taste ans has to be thoroughly diluted. My bottle has a bright blue sediment that doesn't get dissolved, not sure if this is supposed to be this way as from what I understand this is the cooper component. Since flakes just floating around, I'm not sure I'm getting the right dose when taking this... .

This product is poorly formulated. Copper sulphate when mixed with magnesium will form copper & magnesium sulphate. Which means the copper comes out of solution and forms crystals on the bottom of the bottle. Basically you do not end up getting the 3mg dose. Which is exactly what happen. When I poured out the liquid most of the copper was not even dissolved. Added to this, copper sulphate is an excellent copper supplement, but it's a very cheap mineral, literally cents not dollars. This products is over priced and the other ingredients have not been well formulated.

I bought this to do a copper protocol and didn't notice it has other trace mineral included. Which means I can't use it because I can't titrate up for larger doses and we don't know what the other trace minerals are…I've seen too many reports of negative side effects. My bad. Next time I need to pay more attention before ordering
