Instead of a regular diet, I have moved on to keto / carnivore ...eating. Because of no carbs or sugar, you loose weight fast, but...you have to balance your minerals, this product does all of that ( for me )🙃 I just use a half a teaspoon squirt in my coffee in the morning, or when cooking your meats, put the 1/2 teaspoon over your meat, while browning or cooking your meat ( but only once a day ). It say use a teaspoon a day, but I use 1/2 it's up to you !!!

I was so excited to find this product at my local health food store. Love that it's in glass, love the mineral ratios. What I don't love is this company using Citric Acid in the ingredients. Come on, a health company In today's day of health knowledge should know better that real health conscious people know the negative impacts of citric acid, among other bad ingredients such as magnesium stearate, and silicone dioxide. We don't want these harmful substances in our supplements. No seed oils either! This product would be perfect without that citric acid and doesn't need a preservative or flow agent. Do better Trace Minerals.

This is a brand I've trusted for a long time. I don't let myself run out during the hotter months. Great product. I just wish they offered a larger size. It works great.

this product is good i bought one for my daughter because she does not like to take electrolyte and this is easy to take just put drops in the water

my first time using this product. I am questioning the effectiveness of a product that contains such a low percentage of daily requirements of these minerals in a recommended amount for daily use. for instance if you're deficient in Potassium you're going to need multiple doses to even make a dent in your needs. I think the average multi vitamin has the same amount of Potassium. What am I missing?
