I have tried lots of electrolyte powders and this one is by far my favorite. It resolves well in water, the flavor is great and it doesnt make my water gritty. I mix one scoop in my 40oz tumbler with water and ice because I like it to be a little watered down. This product is really good.
Keto trace minerals
Free of sugar, free of artificial sweeteners, but it tastes pleasantly (not sickly) sweet. The idea balance, I'd say. My only problem has been that the powder has gotten caked up in the container (maybe because of humid weather), becoming hard to scoop out. But it's helped to poke at it with a fork or (not too sharp) knife.
This is an excellent product at a very good price. It was my second time ordering, and I'm once again very pleased. I'm now 68, active, and for the last 15 years have been prone to getting restless legs and leg cramps. This product eliminates them both. It's easy to mix, tastes great & refreshing, and just plain works.
Tastes very good. I mix one scoop in 32 ounces instead of the 16 recommended. I prefer lighter flavor and that ratio helps me drink more water. Potassium and magnesium quantities are perfect for my keto diet. I don't get as dehydrated anymore. Container is very small but don't be deceived. A tiny scoop goes a long way.

I really like this flavor. It doesn't have that lingering after taste like other powders. I wish i came in a bigger container.
We have been buying this for a while. My husband and I both enjoyed it. Our most recent one came in a white container instead of blue and we both do not like the taste anymore. If you made a change in the powder, please change it back. We used to look forward to it, now, not so much. If I ordered the wrong thing and am speaking out of turn, please feel free to correct me.
