I have been using Trace Magnesium in ionic form for over four years in my morning beverages. It has given me such constant digestion regularity. It also helps with my osteopenia. I wouldn't stop taking it for anything except possibly a medical procedure if necessary.

This is a good quality magnesium supplement that does it's job wonderfully. It has helped me with many of my symptoms caused by having a deficiency in magnesium. I add it to a drink which helps with the unpleasant taste. This is the first liquid magnesium I have tried and I think I like it much better than capsule or tablet form since it's more potent. I will definitely be buying this brand and formula from now on.

This is a good way to get the trace minerals your body needs. It's liquid form, so easy to put in water or juice with the dropper.

Absolutely horrible! And it stings your tongue! I wasn't expecting that at all. I'm hoping for a refund. This isn't tolerable at all.

This tastes horrible. I can't even consume it because it's so disgusting, so for that reason it was a complete waste of money. It's incredibly strong in taste. I don't know what you could possibly put this into without noticing the taste and ruining whatever drink you decide to use with it. Just no. Ew.
