i like the liquid version as I cud apply to the painful area directly. i was very surprised when I hv tooth imflafter dentist filling, applying this to my face outside the painful area did reduce the pains

i like the brand and trying it for topical use, as i took the tablets for some time. i hv tooth ache after filling, i tried zinc, copper, boron, chromium, molybdenum, iodine, mostly from this brand which i know has good quality minerals ingredients. manganese tends to reduce the pain quickly upon applying to the external skin near the tooth root.

The quality ingredients and size of the dropper is good. The dosage is value for money also if we take each day it is sufficient to fill deficiency in some days it will improve manganese levels as the spine disc need manganese. My back pain has also been gone after taking it for about 1 month as it increases the absorption in the disc. It has somewhat easy to mix in water and juices

Taste is rather unpleasant but i appreciate the liquid form. Good value for money

my doctor suggested me to take Manganese along with other supplements as I have deficiency. am taking only few drops not to overdose. am not sure about the effects. my last period came with less pain and I don't know which supplement was responsible for that! edit: I used to feel irritable since I've added the last supplements to my routine. When I removed Manganese, I felt less irritable. I've read that high dose of it can cause that. am so disappointed especially that I've already have anxiety and OCD.
