I looked extensively for a vitamin that matched all my needs. I'm recovering from anorexia, so I especially need trace minerals like zinc to avoid deficiency. I additionally didn't want any mega-doses, especially of biotin. The size is far bigger than I thought, which is lovely. I don't use it daily, but instead as a regular supplement to diet and more specific vitamins.

As the title says, it tastes awful. Slightly better mix with water. It doesn't really matter how it tastes as long as the quality is there and it doesn't seem to be a great multivitamin. Mixed with water it will be fine to take daily. The bottle is huge but sealed well. Will most likely buy again as it's what I am looking for.
