These are great. Easy to take and...of course minerals are a tad bitter, but you don't let them set in your mouth! Take with a little drink and swallow ...easy peasy.

Best magnesium supplement I have found
I love these tablets, they work extremely well. Since I started taking them I haven't had any cramping in my feet or calves.

Magnesium + trace minerals
These are my favorite magnesium supplement; I like getting the dose of trace minerals along with my magnesium. I take them with juice or kombucha to avoid the intense mineral taste. The only issue I have with them is they dissolve easily, so I have to keep them in the bottle instead of putting them in with my other supplements.

Horrible
I have taken magnesium tablets for quite some time. The tablets I received from you are horrible.. The moment they touch my tongue they start to dissolve and the result is a horrible bitter taste. It would not be a problem if there was someway to throw them down my throat.
