I love this product. The only waste is decent but the energy it gives me the best. I love taking these every day and need them for my health. I have noticed that a full packet works best in a 32 ounce water cup (pictured) or 1/2 at a time for a 16 ounce cup. Otherwise it tastes a bit strong.

I love your single serve packets but HATE the "new" packaging. They rarely actually open at the tear site and I end up having to use scissors, a knife, or my teeth to open. Please bring back the rectangular packets, they were easy to travel with and easy to open! I do like they aren't too sweet, have only 5 calories and taste great.

The product is great, packaging is awful. The packet does not open. I pull at the perforation but it stops at the seam. Need scissors to open, which is super inconvenient. I hate it when I go to open it. But I like the electrolytes.
