Magnesium is a mineral that many of us are low in (some chronically)---at all times. It helps relax our muscles, our body etc. resulting in calm, relaxed behavior. It is difficult to get the body to absorb the amount needed sometimes due to digestion issues. Start slowly, and work your way up to the level your body needs. This is an excellent product, well worth the extra $$. The powder is fine, not at all gritty and sand like.

My son let me try his magnesium powder, and I really liked it so looked to see if you carried it. I found you did and the price was nice too. It taste so good, you have to be careful not to drink too much because it can make you loose. Really has helped calm me especially in with so much going on in the world.

Most people are deficient in this very important mineral which is used by hundreds of processes in your body. I love the taste of this product, feel good taking it and know that I am not deficient in this very important mineral.

I like this for cramps. I use a rounded teaspoon to a glass of hot water just before bedtime. I'm pleased with how it works. I add a small amount of Crystal Light lemonade mix to make it taste better.

I like everything about it, except the flavor.....almost a medicine taste. I have had other brands that I prefer the taste of.....I would reco it to anyone that is not too picky about taste...great price & I feel better when i use it...good sleep!
