Getting for my husband as he hates taking several pills and u don't believe much in multivitamins. So it's the middle point. They arrived looking a bit humid inside and sticked all together to a big gummy ball. But so far the two I took we not difficult to separate from the others. A bit sticky to the teeth. These taste great to have no sugar. Soo much easier to take than a pill. I cant speak on the potency vs pills but I recently read that vitamin D is better absorbed in gummy form. Will see what the long term effects are but first impression is a love. No stomach upset either
