Just upgraded from my Iphone XR, which I had for 5 years and was a great phone. The XR had recently dropped below 80% battery health, and was not getting the new iOS 26 updates, so I figured it was a good time to upgrade. The iPhone 16e is improved in every way over my old XR. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and plan to keep this new one for at least 5 years if I can.
Transferring my number and existing data from the old Nokia phone to the iPhone worked without any problems. I did have to buy an additional year of service in order to get the iPhone....strange. Now I have almost two years of service. Read the instructions carefully and record your remaining service before starting the process.
I am a new iPhone 16e user but so far I am enjoying the phone. I was using an iPhone SE and this phone is a nice upgrade although I am still working around not having a "home" button as the SE has. I look forward to finding out more features with this phone. It was reasonably priced, and I do recommend it (so far).
I got this recently and for the price it is a great small phone. I bought the ESR screen protector and case for it too. the battery lasts me couple of days since I am not a heavy phone user. I use it all day listening to music while at work. check my emails.
I love this phone. There is so much more on this phone than my old Iphone 7. The battery lasts longer before I have to recharge it. I would buy this again. Well worth the money!
What I like about the phone is this: it's a nice small slender size because I have small hands it's easy to hold. I also like the fact that it's lightweight. It is also nice to be able to use the microphone when I send text messages.
I purchased the TracFone because my other one was an android and it seemed to be out of date nothing wanted to work on it anymore. So I got a new one which is now an Apple. I was able to use theMaps navigation and it worked perfect perfectly thank you. So far a very happily with my Apple phone purchase.
The phone is a powerful instrument, for sure. It can do a lot. I had to downgrade the signal from5G to LTE, as it was really affecting my head (that was with the phone two feet away!). I had to change settings with my voicemail, as well as speakerphone because the 'factory settings' weren't good with me.
I'm not too happy with my apple iPhone 16e. I have been with Tracfonoe for many years and have always always used android based phones. I recently found my phone needing to be replaced so i looked at the android models available with 5g service and found that they all were bigger than the one I had, which I thought was too big to begin with, so I purchased the apple phone. I have had a very bad experience trying to transfer my info over to this phone and I still can't figure out how, after 3 weeks, to get it all on the apple phone. Apple does not play well with other types. My brother-in-law is an IT person for a school system and he can't figure it out either. I do not like the way apple phones work. Give me an android phone that has a smaller screen than 6.5 inches, please.
This phone was advertised as including a charger and documentation, but neither were included and I had to buy a charger separately. The phone's functionality is inconsistent, sometimes I tap or swipe and the result is as expected, other times the same action produces a totally different result. Very frustrating. Also, turning the phone off requires the cumbersome process of pressing two buttons at once while also moving a slider -- give me a freaking break, why not just press and hold one button???
