Wonderful fone phone
This item arrived very timely and very well wrapped. Really love that this phone was available and in time for an adult easter basket of goodies. This is a great phone for sole or backup use for sure. Love it.

Tracfone wonderful, Walmart service non existence.
The Tracfone is a wonderful product BUT Walmart is NOT at all helpful with setting my phone up... If you sell a product, at least help or EVEN show a place for help...

Great condition for Telehealth Uses
Over the past few months we have purchased several reconditioned Tracfones to give to unhoused clients of our non-profit who have no phone, but need to access telehealth counseling services. All have worked reliably for our clients who are working to get their lives in order. We will keep Tracfones on our go-to list for future purchases.

Amazing Phone
Hi I'm used to my Samsung Galaxy Note II with its 1.6Ghz Quad Core which is faster than this devices 1.1Ghz Quad Core but it's plenty fast & has amazing HD (High Definition) Call Quality. Pop in a 1TB Micro SD card & you have one amazing phone. It works great & mine is fully updated, took like 10 updates back to back to update to the fullest newest update but its all good now. Still on Android 8.1.0 I believe.

Love it! I've owned it for almost a year and it works great! Has lots of storage plus I use a mini SD card. Takes really good still photos but not good action photos. It will burst photos too but still doesn't have the shutter speed for crisp action photos.

Bad Phone
I bought this phone for my husband cuz he's always misplacing his phone. I spent an hour and one half with a tracfone rep trying to. activate I kept stating there was something wrong with the phone it wouldn't respond to my prompt and it still won't not pleased with this phone and would not recommend it to anyone .

DO NOT RECOMEND
I don't properly receive messages, i can't hang up on a call without having to restart the phone, the screen is pretty low quality, and i am extremely disappointed! PURE FRUSTRATION!

Do Not Purchase
This is the 1st day and I did not read reviews before purchasing. It is doing just like the other reviews said. Not placing the call, not hanging up the failed call without having to turn the phone off. Very frustrating and I have already loaded minutes onto it
