Tracfone TCL A2, 32GB Black - Prepaid Smartphone

My previous cell phone was refurbished and I couldn't afford a new one. Now with this phone I can track a Fitbit versa 3 given to me. It holds a charge for many days, compared to every other day. Many new features and apps I not used to. It will be fun to use and find what it is capable of.

It is a good and relayable phone.

Phone is up-to-date with current technologies and Android 10. Relatively good quality of the display, sound, and camera. Has all features needed without an enormous price tag; nearly comparable to phones costing twice as much. Most important, it is about the only phone with 32 Gb internal storage at this price point - which for me means no longer any download space problems again.

This is a good phone that works well once you figure out how to use it. The instructions that appear right on the phone screen to help a new user were not helpful for me. I think I am receiving at least as much assistance with learning to use the phone from the book Android Phones for Dummies as I am with the owner's manual. Perhaps Tracfone could have a list of the icons and what they mean in the owner's manual. The owner's manual does not provide enough detail about making videos. As with other phones, this one has many apps that I will never use. I would rather have more storage space.

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago. It is doing fine. It is a little larger than I am use to. Easy for a 64 year old guy like me to use. It hooks up to our in home internet easily and saves me from using my tracfone minutes.

So far I have found the phone to be user friendly and that is important for me since I am in elderly and not very tech savvy.

Pretty fast and responding. The only regret I found out is there is error on the description about this phone. The Tracphone website says this phone is 32Gx3G ram. But the product I received is 32x2, not 32x3.

Replaced an earlier TCL model which went from normal charging to not charging at all in one day. This newer version is heavier, slightly larger (requiring a new case), and came with a Tracfone GUI which can't be removed (although it can be disabled). This new model sometimes turns off its screen during phone calls during speaker phone mode, even with nothing touching the screen. Oh, and no wifi calling on this model.

With no instructions how to navigate all the options it is not a good cell phone for the elderly and the younger generation this is a very poor excuse for a cell phone.I will not buy another one.

The phone is slow and does not respond very fast, and the track phone service is by far the worst service on a cell phone I've ever had or used. Constantly losing service , cutting out, dead spots etc.
