Awesome phone for what we needed it for
I bought this phone for my husband who has NEVER has a phone before - but needed one just for emergencies and such. So easy for him to use. Thank you for recommending this. PERFECT

Great little phone with plenty of features & options. Great sound, easy/large buttons, easy Wi-Fi 4G access. Perfect for an easy to use, no hassle flip phone!

The best thing I ever bought.
This phone is easy to setup and easy to use. I got this phone for a client of mine who is learning disabled. She loves having her own cell phone. And the price was perfect. Plus adding the minutes was easy.

It's OK but disappointed that it doesn't come with Google Assistant, like the Alcatel Flip 2 I last bought from this company. Also the other phone let me put in emojis in texts, this one doesn't give any emojis as options to text with. Except for these 2 minor complaints, the phone is good. Google Assistant has helped me a few times and I'm glad I still have the old phone as well as this one.

Received wrong model
The phone I recieved was not the TCL that I ordered; it was an Alcetel and cannot be filtered. The TCL is a decent phone, not super durable with kids in the house but it works. (Price nearly doubled in the past year, though.) Recommend if you can be assured the correct model.

Weird….
Part of my dislike is my problem, buttons are in weird spots. The part that ISN't my problem is the fact I can't eat it to send or receive pictures in a text msg. i even went back and read the very thin book that was included and did it the way the book said, just won't send. The zoom on the camera is weird and hard to use.

Confusing inaccurate instruction book.
You need a SIMPLE, ACCURATE, BASIC readable (print is too tiny) single sheet of the 6 basic actions: How to turn the phone on. How to turn the phone off. How to make a call. How to enter a new phone number. How to put enter a phone number in Favorites. How to delete a phone number.
