I bought this phone because my old one was fast becoming uncompatible with new software. I wanted more memory anyway - so I went from 8GB to 32GB and felt I got good value for the money. I transferred contacts and pictures today and was thrilled. I like using the stylus too. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles. I'm sure this phone will do a lot more than I use, but maybe I'll learn some new features without running out of space. Purchased a case for it as well and that is a good thing. I've never felt the need before because I wasn't using my phone that much. Now I am using it much more than ever!
I don't live on my phone like most people so if you just want to message friends and make calls, it is quite good. The battery lasts as long as 3 days without charging if you just leave it sitting. Screen is nice to look at. Speaker is a good quality, it is placed on the bottom rather than the back.
This is the best phone, for the money, that I have ever had. It beats the Iphones. The style pick is very useful to me as I have large fingers and cannot type well with out it.
It gets the job done but the factory aps and space pulls so much space you cant have any games or youre own aps. It also doesnt let you transfer aps or games to SD card
I purchased witb great expectations. It is alot of phone with many posibilities. I am a basic user of texting and picture taking. My only complaint is it tends to freeze up at least twice a day so I need to shut the phone off and reboot after the freezing.
This is a very slow phone. As in, it takes so long to do anything that I keep thinking it's not working. I even reset it once thinking it had froze up. Also, there doesn't seem to be any way to get it to work with a Yahoo e-mail address. (This seems to be a common problem and I'm not sure if it's a Yahoo, Tracfone, LG, or Android issue.) It does make calls decently enough, and I like the stylus, which was why I bought it in the first place. Bottom line, it's an okay phone as long as you only want to use it for the bare minimum of functionality, but if you're a power user, keep looking.
I bought this phone 2 weeks ago. It died after 2 days. Could even power it on or charge it. Had to send it back. I was then sent a replacement phone. After powering on and starting initializing it would ring like it was making a call, then give a busy signal. Support told me it was impossible...so I had to send it back so they can see for themselves. Asked for a refund instead of trying for a third one.
I leave it on all day next to my computer while I am working. After a few hours idle time it consistently freezes up and won't even turn off if you press the power button. I have to hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for 20 seconds to get a restart.
I bought this phone in Dec as needed to upgrade. From the description it appears that this is what I needed. However, after inserting the SD card, I was only able to move pictures and files, not the apps. Found out that LG removed this function from this phone and has not addressed the issue. If you need internal storage, and like to play games, this is not the phone for you. I'm sorry I bought this phone.
This phone is great when it is working properly. But each day it slows down on all functions, eventually stalls completely. Turning off and restarting restores normal functioning but that is a nuisance. I will return the phone if I can.
