Game-Changer for Umami Lovers
I was looking for a way to add depth to my cooking without the sharp bite of raw garlic, and this black garlic powder is perfect. It has a rich, savory, and slightly sweet flavor.

Great item love the taste, but I gotta say most of the time when I order something from Walmart the packing is horrible. These survived but a lot of things I get they put them in envelopes or paper bags and the boxes are smashed up. It's not a pretty sight maybe work on the packing for shipping.

Not bad, but there are better brands
I've been using black garlic for seasoning for a couple of years now. I previously bought it at Burratino Brick Oven, but they are always sold out now because it's grown so popular. I ran across this black garlic on Walmart and order it instead. It's not nearly as flavorful as the other but still is good enough to use until I can order the other brand that I've previously bought. I will continue to buy when Burratino is out.
