Great soothing herbal tea
Calming and soothing chamomile will help you sleep at night or soothe your nerves and tummy during the day. It’s a must have in my house. And I love the quality and strength of Traditional Medicinals Tea. You can really taste the chamomile and feel it working in your body.

we drink this tea every night before going to bed. it has successfully replaced melatonin. we use 2 bags in approximately 8oz. water
