I drink their tea and I find these to be just as mild and easy on my system and they work perfectly for me when needed. Glad to see these in capsule form as well.

I already drink a bunch of tea!
It is nice to have an alternative to the tea. I already drink multiple cups of tea throughout the day, so nice to have something quick and easy. Just like the tea, the product works well!

These works well and do not irritate my stomach at all. It takes a anywhere from 1-24 hours to work depending on where Im at.

Smooth Move Definitely Gives "Smooth Moves"
Traditional Medicinals, Smooth Move Senna Herbal Laxative Caps directions said to use up to three capsules. However, since it was my first time trying the product I only took one. To my surprise it worked great and without the harsh side effects like most laxatives that have stimulants. There wasn't any feelings of bloating, gas cramping, etc. Just the normal feeling like a stool softener.
