Lifesaver for when you want to stock up freezer
I would take this with one cup and oh my gosh the next morning I be drastically sore. If I wanted it to last me all day I would steap 16 oz of water put it in my thermal hydro flask and I would drink it all day. I would wake up with extreme sore breast. Definitely a life saver to help get my freezer up for my in laws to give my baby when I go on dates with my husband.

This is a must have when breastfeeding, you do have to take this 2-3 times a day in order to work.

It works
This definitely increased my breast milk supply by 4-6 oz. But it tastes good by itself no need for sugar, no honey. Has a light licorice after taste.

Love the taste
Im a coffee drinker but I am breastfeeding so this tea is my substitute. I don't see a significant difference in the amount of milk I am producing before and after this tea, I wish I did coz I love the taste of the tea. Even if its not increasing my milk production I still like this product and will continue to purchase as a substitute for coffee.
