Trailer King RST II ST175/80R13 91/87M C Trailer Tire

My old tires had plenty of tread but there were signs of dry rot. I wanted financially feasible replacement tires and found these on the website. I was a little surprised how nice they actually look and how quickly the service department had them changed after I dropped off the old ones for replacement. The next weekend, with the new tires on the trailer, I made two trips a couple hours away to pick up heavy display cases and shelving. Tires handled the heavy loads and I didn't feel worried about the loads on the trailer. For the look and durability you really can't beat the price for these tires. And, I don't have to worry about the weight with these 8-ply like I did when I had the old 4-ply tires. I highly recommend these tires.

Because of dry rot the tires on my trailer, I needed replacement tires and I needed them sooner rather than later. I found these on the Walmart site and the price was way lower than any other site by far. Because the price was low I made the assumption that the tires were going to be mediocre quality at best. Boy was I wrong!! Nice radial tire, nice tread, get looking tire!! In my "never ti be humble opinion", I got a nice quality tire for a great price !! Because I had them shipped to the store, shipping was free . They mounted with no issues and the beads seated just fine. The true test of these "unknown" tires would be the 2 1/2 hour trip to deer camp with my 680 pound ATV on board . Highway to back roads to old logging roads that literally came down the side of a mountain ; complete with sharp rocks that could easily puncture a trailer tire because they have punctured TRUCK tires in the past!!! To my surprise they rode great w/no road noise, they handled the load of my 4-wheeler just fine, and stood up to all of the punishment I dished out on them!! Time will tell as to long term quality issues, but from what I saw in the 1st week I've owned these......WOW!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family! I bought a quality trailer tire for a great price is what it boils down to !!!

I needed a spare for my trailer and this was a good tire for an outstanding price. I haven't had to use it yet luckily and hope I won't have to. The bad part was that I mounted the tire myself and had a little problem getting the tire to seat on the rim with limited tools.

Great service was very happy to order tires online with free shipping and being able to take them to my Walmart to have them mounted for free. They were even on sale when I bought them would do it again. If I would of bought them on Amazon I would of had to pay to have them mounted.

The product information indicates that these are Load Index of 107/Load Range D (2149 lbs.). The tires I received were Load Index 100/Load Range C (1764 lbs.). This could be a major issue if you put these on a heavier trailer expecting them to hold up and keep your load safe.

BUYER BEWARE. the listing says load index 107 but they are NOT. They are load index 100. This is a BIG difference. Each tire is only rated for 1764 lbs (LI 100) NOT the advertised 2149 lbs (LI 107). Since my particular loaded trailer did not need more than LI 100, I went ahead and kept them but this is hugely disappointing to order one thing and get another. I ordered, waited a week, pulled off my trailer tires, loaded them up, drove 1/2 hour, THEN found they were not as advertised. Otherwise, they are the correct dimensions and look like a great tire. WM mounted them for free and only took about an hour so otherwise as expected.

the tires I received were manufactured over three years ago, very old stock. If your concerned about tire life due to checking, cracking and lamination problems I would be concerned. I tried the 700 telephone number I was given to address these issues but was never able to get thru. I cant fault Walmart, the tires were shipped to me from a vendor and Walmart will take the tires back, there is no way to check the date of mfg.

Tires are OLD. Received tires in mid-November 2025 - they were made the 16th week of 2020. New tires are expected to last six to ten years, this means I will get six months to a maximum of 4 1/2 years. They are also very stiff, I have mounted a lot of tires and these are stiffer than almost all of them. They were also stored with the beads taped and almost touching. With the beads almost touching and the stiffness, these are almost impossible to seat. Quite franly, I expected MUCH better from a national retailer.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I live in a desert. Still should have had 2 years but at least one tire couldn't handle a year. Had to rotate the spare in. I bought 3 for my single axle trailer. Didn't even get a thousand miles in that year or so. Separation along tread nearest to outside, holes where pulling apart. Took pictures we'll see if they show up. Very disappointed as I thought with the extra load rating and larger size than my trailer needed they would handle some years and miles. Definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be purchasing the 4 I was going to for our travel trailer. I will say I was pleased with shipping/delivery of the tires so that will also cover the 2 stars.

The dislike is the fact that it doesn't tell me if I a 50,000 or 60,000 mile warranty to this tire and I am at Walmart in Tyler TX on Broadway. Yet they can't tell me if I can get the road hazard warranty on these tires . Yet when I called the other Walmart I was told because it is a trailer tire I couldn't get the warranty on them but they didn't say anything about the road hazard. So what good doe it do me if I can't get the road hazard warranty on the tries and the employees don't know anything unless a manager is around to find out if I can get road hazard warranty on these tires. So I will use the tires until I need tires again and since I can't get road hazard on these tires. So when I need to buy trailer tires again I will take my business to someone else that can give 50,000 or 60,000 warranty miles with a road hazard warranty as well.
