very nice quality, easy set up my 12 year old set it up. easy to read and follow instructions. lights sounds work great steam is awesome! remote is a little weird to use at first and sticks so.erimes but then comes out of it .aybe because its still new. train goes fast slow forwards and backwards and stops well.

This Company will bend over backwards to please the customer. i received a defective train %26 reported it online with the warranty information QR code included. A new train was quickly shipped and received with no need to return the broken one. The train is a great toy, just exactly what I wanted.

This was a great ad for my four year-old grandson's Christmas. He took it home and he has played with it for hours and hours. It's a easy to assemble easy to take apart and unlike other trains that I had for it my older children this one doesn't appear to be fragile and fall apart.

I PROBABLY WOULD NOT BUY THIS FOR A BABY UNLESS YOUR PUTTING OT UNDER THE TREE HOW A 4 AND UP WOULD LOVE THIS. I AM GROWN AND I LIKE IT. IT HAS STURDINESS AND A BEAUTIFUL WORKMANSHIP. YPU CAN PUT IT TOGETHER AND TAKE IT DOWN MAKING A REMOTE TRIP WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM.

It arrived on time. When I opened it I discovered it was broken on left side of the engine cart. It's plastic so gorilla glue completed the repair necessary. My grandkids love it. The steam that emerges from the chimney made them both excited and the sound it makes is incredibly loud. Priceless moments indeed. See for yourself....

So far, so good. The train looks really nice around the Christmas tree and I'm sure the grandkids will love it. I also like how the train comes with a remote control which makes it very easy to control from the couch. The engine sounds are realistic. I'm really hoping the train will last for multiple years to come.

I got this for my 3 year old because he loves trains. I got this on sale. For the sale price it's ok but definitely not worth the full price, nor is it the quality of the full price. There wasn't any directions about putting it together or different ways the track can be put together.

It doesn't stay on the rails it doesn't blow any smoke .

Bought this train as a gift for my kid. Set everything up, put in new batteries, added water, and find out the remote does not work. VERY disappointed and waste of money. I can't even find out who to contact for a replacement because the instructions are so generic. Don't waste your money on this crap.
