I have often tried to tuck an ice pack behind me in my chair or tie it around my waist. This ice belt is The best! It fits perfectly and will adjust to fit most. The ice is very cold, which I love! It stays cold much longer than the 20 minutes you are supposed to leave it on. If you have pain, do yourself a favor and buy this product! It is magical!

Use with or without the wrap! I love this Magic Gel 2 pack! I have only used them for cold, but have used both packs multiple times per day to ice an ankle injury. I love the size, flexibility, quick re-freeze, and thinness of the packs. I have a very small frig freezer and these lay pretty flat and actually fit! I wrap a pack around my ankle and secure it with anything handy that will keep it tight around the ankle - a towel, a strap, a long sock, or the original wrap. The two pack, the size that fits in my small freezer, and the flexibility so these will wrap the ankle are all things that make this the absolute perfect set for me!

Life saver! This product has saved me so much discomfort. I have a herniated disk in my lower back and this thing has saved me! It is comfortable and I love how you can interchange the gel packs! For reference I am 53 and 225lbs and the belt fits me comfortably. You dont have to wear the belt to use this product. I use the gel packs while laying in bed and use the belt when Im up and moving around!

I've been using this for my lower back for weeks now to deal with a pinched nerve. I keep this pad in the freezer in the same plastic bag it came it, just to keep it protected.This seems to stay very cold for ~20 minutes until it starts to loose a bit of its effectiveness. I really only ice for 15-20 mins at a time, so that works well for me. In comparison to a regular ice pack, those usually stay frozen/colder a little longer. But the biggest plus is that this ice pack is built into the belt and is very flexible to adjust around your body. The entire thing, except for the straps, get cold. It feels good to lay on it because it is a pad of soft gel.The velcro straps are very strong. So strong that I caution you not wear a nice sweater because the velcro may stick to it. This happened to me and I was able to carefully pull it off, but it was a little annoying. I like that the velcro extends so far, so this will fit most people.I really like this ice pack, and it feels like it will last me quite a while.

UPDATE: Seller replaced it easily. Thank you! gel was broken inside of the gear! I got this a few week back and put it in the closet. I went to use it last night, opened the velcro to put the gel in (I had the gel being chilled,) and then the casing was all sticky. I think it happened while packaging? Returning.Got replaced easily. Good fit, works well, but not durable The ice packs do their job in minimizing lower back nerve pain. The wrap is easy to use and fairly adjustable, although can ride up when laying back on pillows. Having two inserts is great so you always have ready to go ice relief. I give four stars because after about 2 1/2 months of use the inserts are starting to leak and the inside fabric of wrap around where the Velcro closes is tearing. Full disclosure - I am hard on this product. I use it at least 4 times a day, pull hard to tighten the wrap in areas, and often sleep with it on so 2-3 months of heavy wear-and-tear all-in-all its held up okay. I could probably keep using/abusing it for another month before the inserts develop significant leaking.
