TRAKK Cryo Ball Fast Muscle Pain Relief

STAYS COLD FOR HOURS I've had plantar fasciitis for almost two years and nothing has felt as good as rolling this ball on my feet and heels. I even tucked it into my sock while I took a nap when I had a particularly painful foot day and it stayed cold until I woke up! I definitely want to buy another one so I can lay them on the floor and roll both feet at the same time. Also think it would work well for the face as opposed to those silly jade rollers.

I am just an old retired guy trying to stay active and young. I don't move as fast, or heal as fast as I use to.I have been using the Cold Massage Roller Ball for a week now on some areas that feel a some the strain from my morning workouts and I am impressed with the results.

Great roller The roller aspect is great, love it. Due to its small mass though, it does lose the cold part pretty quick. It is cold for a little while and the unit is solidly built. I don't put mine in the freezer though. I put it in the fridge. If it's in the freezer it's too cold to use on bare skin, at least for me.

As described! I ordered this for my father and indicated it be sent to his address, but it came to mine! Not the vendor's mistake but it is the 2nd TRAKK defaulted to my address. I will now drive 120 miles round trip tomorrow to take it to him! I'm sure he will be delighted with it....

Highly recommend cold massage roller ball Amazing little massager that enables deep muscle penetration. I saw another similar product, did a few searches and found this cold massage roller. The reviews were great so i tried it out....WOW what deep muscle penetration this little ball generates. This is s must buy for athletes, especially those getting a few years on them such as myself. I will likely purchase another for a gift for my girlfriend.

Christmas gift Got this for my hard working husband since he was complaining that his heels were hurting. When he comes home and relaxes her uses this bad boy and rolls his heels on it and gives him relief from a long 10 hour shift. Hes happy so Im happy

If you're currently using a tennis ball, just stop. Stop immediately and buy this. I use it for plantar fasciitis, and I'm spellbound after simply trying it willy-nilly and not actually getting into it. This does not flex under pressure of my instep. It's naturally cool already but the options to cool and warm up are enticing albeit not yet something I've attempted or felt the need to attempt so far. I took it out of the little nonslip, hard silicone base because it was too nonslip for me. I could see how it would be handy though in different usages than my own. I love it.

Great for Shin Spints I have been using it for icing and massaging my shin splints. Its great to not have melting ice and the hassle of filling Dixie cups and spilling them in the freezer. Two issues with it are leg hair does get caught while rolling to massage and sometimes the ball does not easily rotate. With that said, I would still recommend.

Not great for feet I got this because of some recommendations for using it on my sore foot. It doesn't stay on the floor and the ball doesn't roll very nice so this isn't a good option for foot pain. The ball itself seems nice and it's easy to hold in your hand.

Quality Product I like the cold massage ball. It's small enough to fit into my hands and allows me to massage my calf and heel with ease. When the shake the massage ball, the ball rattles a bit in the casing, but so far that hasnt resulted in any issues. The massage ball stays cold for about 15 minutes, which is adequate for my needs.
