Buyers, understand that this is a highly effective, sweat inducing item if you incorporate a 30 min session per day. However, if have balance related issues, do not buy this. There are plenty of softer exercise mechanisms available for older individuals focused on muscle or joint recovery. This is more geared towards those that want to lose belly fat and trim arms, as it primarily works the core.It works similar to a surfboard, if that helps.

Bought this about two years ago and I liked it but after using it a few times I forgot about it. Fast forward to stuck at home and no gyms thanks to COVID-19, I AM SO HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS!! There's a bunch of videos on YouTube to give you ideas for exercises. I live in an apartment which limits what types of workouts I can do, mostly quiet ones, and we don't have space for a lot of equipment. I've been sore every day since starting back up with it and I can do it with my fianc� asleep in the next room!

Great for helping workout my tummy and for squats, and love that it comes with the attachable tension bands!Update - Mine broke in half after about 6 months of use. I was doing squats and was pregnant when it broke, but still only weighed 165 lbs. I'm hoping it was a fluke. I bought another one a few weeks ago because I loved it so much, so hopefully this one will last a lot longer.

I have so much fun twisting on this board, it makes working out FUN!! Such a great product, and my daughter loves to work out on it too. So far, I have only twisted and rocked back and forth, and i love the resistance bands. I can't wait to try other workouts, as well. It is also sturdy and durable, because I am right at 200 lbs.

At first I was skeptical but my close friend whom I used to work out with recommended this product. Personally I feel like I get a better work out with using dumbbells (others use the wrist or ankle weights).I also recommend to have the correct posture (bending knees with back straight) since this does affect how well of a work out you get. I am very happy with this product.

I really like this product, very well made and fun to use. But I am writing this review because of the excellent service i receives from Solofit. The paperwork received with the product stated to contact them directly with any issues, so I did. I received a response within 12hrs with a resolution above and beyond any expection i had. Well done Solofit.

I like this very much, the only drawback for me, is the resistance tubes should come in different sizes. I'm only 5'2" & have short arms, so exercise #12 tricep kickback with resistant tubes, there is zero resistance due to my arms being so short and the tubes being so long.

This board looks very well made as opposed to others that I read about that cracked. It's rather heavy and large, nothing toy-like about it. Unfortunately after trying several times I was not able to use it because I felt dizzy and unable to use it as intended in a twisty motion. The fault isn't with the board but sadly I returned it.

Excellent product; been using it several times a week.One of the little metal clasps broke on the resistance band (I probably did something wrong);I contacted SoloFit, asking if I could purchase the clasp as an accessory;They responded within a day, and said they would ship me a new complete board set (which arrived within 2 days).What great service!Thanks SoloFit!

I'm surprised what a good workout this is! I bought it because they had me doing lots of balance boardy things at physical therapy. I got a serious balance board and it was too hard and a little scary. This thing seemed easier and more secure. Then I noticed that I was actually sore from it. I've been working out for a lot of years and I never get sore.One caveat - I have tiny feet. I wear a women's size 6. I have very little extra space past my toes and heels. If you have long feet, this may not be for you.
