Pleased With the Quality
I bought this one to replace one I already had, and this one is much better quality! It is heavier than I expected so it probably won't get dents in it like the old one.

Great bowls for proofing bread dough
These bowls are a nice weight of stainless steel and nicely finished. I use both the 13 and 5 quart for proofing bread dough and particularly like the bell shape.

Perfect for proofing
I use this bowl to proof large batches of bread dough. The bowl is well made and beautiful with a perfect shape for proofing. Love it!

LOVE this!!
This is the BEST bowl ever...use it for thawing a whole chicken, mixing doughs, stirring homemade granola, pressing elderberries for syrup, never overflows, easy to clean...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
