Love this, can't wait to use for my Lasagna, a family favorite.
Beautiful dish! Plus it's the perfect size for serving large groups. I bought two for a recent party at my home. Each pan held 100 wings comfortably.
I'm absolutely delighted with this cherry baking dish. Not only is it made from a material I've never used before, but it's also incredibly versatile and perfect for serving at the table. The color is beautiful, and the design is elegant. I used it to make a classic Colombian dish, Cazuela de Mariscos (Seafood Stew), which turned out amazingly well. The cooking process was effortless, and the flavors blended beautifully. I'm thoroughly pleased with the outcome.
This was my first time using ceramic bakeware, and I've been very pleased with the results. The dish has been especially useful for meal prep and serving, as it retains heat well and keeps food warm longer. It is heavier and bulkier than glass or aluminum alternatives, but in return, it feels durable and high-quality. One standout feature is how easy it is to clean—even after baking, residue comes off with minimal effort. I did notice that the ceramic material may slightly affect cooking times, so recipes might need minor adjustments. Still, overall, this baking dish has been a solid and versatile addition to my kitchen.
The dish is nice, heavy enough good quality except, the lid's fit on both sides have large air gaps that I didn't expect or want. The dish is nice so I'll keep it. But disappointed that I'll still have to use foil on the sides to get a good seal.
I really wanted to like this Tramontina ceramic-covered bakeware because it looks great and the price is very appealing. Unfortunately, the quality just isn't there. The lid does not seal properly, and one side of the dish is noticeably warped, which affects how it sits and functions. I'm giving it two stars solely because it's attractive and affordable, but in this case, you truly get what you pay for. If you're looking for dependable, well-fitting bakeware, this may not be the best option.
I was so excited to get this but was quickly disappointed. Firstly, it is not black. It is gray. All of my cookware is black so the gray won't work. Secondly, the lid doesn't fit on securely. I can already picture pulling it out of a hot oven and the lid falling off. It's almost like it's the wrong lid. It doesn't remotely fit snugly; it's just laying on top of the dish. Very disappointed. It's pretty heavy but I could tolerate that if it didn't have the other issues. I will be returning.
Lid arrived broken in two pieces!
It was broke.
This is gorgeous, and I love this brand, I have many items from them. I bought this to use at thanksgiving, but shortly after placing in the oven it cracked straight across the middle, pouring the contents into the bottom of my oven. The was no thermal shock, as the items were close to room temp, and I placed it in the oven as I turned it on to preheat, so it was a cool oven. I'm assuming it's simply a defect such as an air bubble, but it was definitely disappointing.
