Tramontina 80020-500 3 in. Paring Knife

I love my new knife. It's just the right size for me. I really need a new one every other knife that I bought in the past just didn't shoot me, but this one does.

I really like this paring knife so much! This is my 2nd one I have purchased in 15 years. It is durable and stays sharp for a long, long time. When it's time to replace this one, I hope this Tramontina paring knife is still available.

I had 2 of these for yrs and my last one finally broke. It took me a while to find these but I am so grateful I did. Great for a pairing knife.

Craftsmanship was great. The size was perfect. I donated what I had by mistake and had to replace it. The replacement that I received was better than what I had.

Excellent quallity and value. I bought this to replace a knife we'd had - and used daily - for over 20 years. The "slant nose" shaped paring knife seems to have gone out of style in favor of the "spear point" version, so I was relieved to be able to source something close to the original in design and quality. Will be checking to see what other implements Tramontina has to offer.

If I had no other cutting knife but this one, I would be fine. This is my favorite! Why? because it is my go-to for cheese and tomatoes. You can even cut cheese against your fingers and not draw blood. I left mine at a friends house when travelling and had to get a couple more.

Stays sharp ,exceptional build, I would recommend it to anyone.

It is a great pairing knife. Very sharp and does the job.

Great sharp blade. Not fond of plastic handle. Have purched elsewhere with nicer, wooden handle. Brand is good brand. Hard to find in stores. Happy to find these knives. Didnt want serrated blade. Impossible to sharpen. Would recommend, but not thrilled.

When I bought this knife, I didn't realize it had a serrated edge, which is not my preference. It's pretty sharp nonetheless and works well for peeling vegetables.
