Tramontina Mesa 3.5 Qt Enameled Cast Iron Braiser Black

I received this cast iron & fell completely in love! I was able to bake a baked ziti & also made monkey bread and had no issues with it sticking!!!!! I also love how easy it was to clean afterwards! No harsh scrubbing or peeling like other pans I've bought that were obviously not Tramotina products! So excited to use for the holiday!!

I love all my Tramontina pieces and this one is no exception. This braiser has been in a great addition to my kitchen, it cooks my dishes, evenly and is so easy to clean. Would recommend this and all other Tramontina products.

I'm genuinely impressed with this cast iron pan. From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell it was built to last. The craftsmanship is excellent, with a solid weight and smooth finish that speaks to quality. Performance-wise, it heat evenly and retain temperature beautifully, making it perfect for everything from searing steaks to slow-cooking stews. Cleanup is surprisingly easy, and this cast iron pan quickly become my go-to for everyday cooking. Plus, it looks fantastic and refined!

Friday 11/7/2025 I received the matted mesa cast iron pot. Saturday morning my home smelled good with blackeye peas with beef sausage in the mesa cast iron pot and cooked well. I am a lover for cast iron items. Cornbread to go along with the blackeye peas for dinner tonight. Yummy, yummy!!!

I absolutely love this shallow edge dutch oven cast iron cooking pan. I used it on the stove (electric) the first day I received it and it cooks up the food perfectly. The same day I received it I washed it and put it on the burner with a burger and some chopped green inions just to add some flavor. It cooked up perfectly and wow the flavor was completely different from a regular cooking pan. Im going to make an egg casserole today and I am so excited...on another note I picked the white one, I have all pure ceramic dinning ware and it blends in perfectly with my stuff, actually it is quite handsome. I love the flat bottom because it heats up so perfectly. I highly recommend this for any kitchen...the quality of this pan is outstanding.

I am not a great cook, but this fabulous utensil made my cooking a way much easier and enjoyable. The quailty of materials and appearance are a perfect plus in my kitchen!

I wish I could say I love this item. It's beautiful, appears to be well made but it certainly isn't non stick and since it's enameled I can't scrub it like most cast iron cookware. I will be making it a point to NOT choose non stick enameled cast iron again. Food sticks.

I can not review the performance as I returned the item the day after it was delivered. I ordered the color white which looks like flat primer paint and is coated very thinly; I am concerned that placing it on a burner or in the oven will burn off whatever chemical was used to create this "white color" ; may also chip off. Quality appears to be good, based on the weight.

While it's cute, the food stick to the bottom while cooking and it's hard to clean! It says this pot is enameled? I don't think so because outsids and inside is very very rough, that is why food sticks and burns!!
