Tramontina PrimaWare 5 Quart CERAMIC Covered Jumbo Cooker

I knew the brand before I bought this pan and already loved it. Was not crazy about the price, but bought anyways. Oh MY, am I ever glad I did. I use it everyday and could not imagine not having it. I love doing 1 pot meals and this pan makes it so easy to do that even with a lot of big eaters. Read the instructions before using. Similar to many other brands you cook on a lower heat, avoid chemical sprays etc. Do not spray directly with a cleaner or squirt dish soap directly in the pan. Wash like you would most dishes and it will stay non stick for you without the nasty nonstick surface in many other brands. I use this on a glass top stove. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Cleans and cooks well

I received this item free in return for a review. I've cooked anything from eggs, fried rice, stir frys, and stews. It heats up evenly and does not stick! The pan was fine in the dishwasher. The only thing that I feel would make it better is a wider or thicker handle.

The non-stick coating works like a charm, letting food slide right off with minimal oil, and it's incredibly easy to clean. It heats evenly, so no hot spots, and the handle stays cool with a comfortable grip. After a month of use, the coating shows no signs of wear, even with metal utensils. It's lightweight yet durable, making it perfect for everything from eggs to stir-fries. Highly recommended!

It is great to cook grilled chicken, beef and turkey patties, grilled vegetables, pancakes, etc. It can be used for a variety of foods and recipes, but most importantly food doesn't stick, which is great when cooking the patties and the grilled chicken. Easy to clean and no need to leave the pan in soaking warm water to remove food. Overall, it is a great product and would totally recommend it!

After reading care instructions, handle cannot take more than 200 degerees so cannot go in oven and it says great care mut be taken to not damage ceramic glass cookop.F

This was a return. It was supposed to be oven safe to 350, but on the package when received, it said it's not oven safe. Usually, the description wouldn't mislead the customer.
