Tramontina Stainless Steel 12pc Cookware Set

The cookware transfers heat much more readily than the cookware it replaced. It is also heavy enough to stay where I put it, and looks a lot better than what it replaced. In short, this cookware set is a keeper. The one thing I noted is it came with a 5-quart Dutch oven in lieu o f a 2-quart sauce pan, and as it turns out that saucepan is the one I have used the most since I got it. It is a worthy exchange, even with me having to get the sauce pan later. It is worth noting, but not deducting stars.

I love my pots. I got rid of all the nonstick pots!!! These are wonderful!!!!

These are beautiful! I love the weight of them. Love the long handles. It took a little bit of research and trying to figure out how to not let food stick. Scrambled eggs are the most challenging. I tend to need Bon Ami type cleanser to get back to shiny original condition.

Now that I've had and used this cookware a little over four months, I think I'm able to give a fair review. My wife and I are in our late 60's and we agree that this is by far the best cookware we have ever had. Each piece is a little heavier than we're used to, but the wonderful design of the handles balances the weight to minimize fatigue. When set on a stove, the bottom of the pan heats evenly across the bottom (so no hot/cold spots). Clean up is a breeze, but we've (she's) discovered that if the pan is allowed to cool, washing is a lot easier. We've (she's) also discovered that if we don't cook at high temperature settings, this helps food from sticking. Hope someone finds this useful, Brian (and Janie).

I like to cook. I like my pots. I kinda feel like a chef in the kitchen now. The heat is evenly dispersed so no over cooking or under cooking on just some of the food.

The item never arrived. I gave specific instructions as to where to leave the package. Seller failed to share instructions with shipper. Seller was not helpful. WalMart Customer Service investigated and gave a refund. WalMart Customer Service was a 5 .

the set that came was made in china (not brazil like advertised) and was a different set completely. seller does not respond to messages. returned through walmart

I received my order a day early. That was a good thing. i have yet to open the box, so i really don't know what they look like. So that's why i gave one star. When i get to open the box and use the i will update the review.
