Trampoline Assembly Service

I thought the installer never showed up for the job. While I'm on the phone complaining to Angi customer service and them telling me to check for an email that they were sending me, I found an email from the installer in my Spam emails noting "I'm here". Why did he not call or text, or ring the doorbell? Just weird!I'm retired. I don't check emails regularly.

This was a nightmare. I need my $99.00 assembly cost refunded. No one answers when I call. The fist technician literally told me he was on his way for 6 hours and then after we waited in the heat until 8:50 at night. Then he wouldn't answer the phone then when he finally answered he said no I'm not coming?!?!? This is July 3rd mind you and I've got a July 4th planned. Thankfully a wonderful guy came out and assembled the furniture at 9:00. It set our entire day back hours. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied

They have not yet been here to assemble the fire pit! They keep rescheduling and one time the guy was a no show. They were supposed to come again today and I received a message that they couldn't make it. The message came after the time that they were supposed to be here!! I would definitely not recommend them!!

It took two separate days for my patio furniture to be installed. The first Angi contractor either misread the job or was only contracted to assemble a single piece out of the whole set, and was only paid $45 out of the $100 that I spent to have my furniture assembled. I had to spend s significant amount of time working with both Walmart and Angi to have them create another job and hire another person to complete the set. The second professional completed the job to standard, but I'm pretty sure they were also only paid $45. If it's something that you just don't feel like doing but are physically capable of doing yourself, just spare yourself the headache and DIY it.

I wanted to love this. I have a covered deck. I paid the extra hundred dollars to get this assembled making it $1200 for the set and the next day it rained in the whole top of the fire. Pit is all rusted and I cannot get it off. I've cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. It's super disappointing, but if it's an outside set, then it should not rust as easy and if it does, maybe make it only $300

No one even showed up to install the hot tub. They canceled two hours before they were scheduled to be here, and I had taken off work The last time I used Angie it was great. I don't know what happened. They didn't even set me up with a pro. They did refund what I paid to have the hot tub installed.

I'd give Angi Walmart 0 stars. They didn't schedule my assembly- I had to call to schedule. Then the cancelled on me 3 times without prior notification. They claimed to not have any pro company in Columbus, OH area to assemble my patio swing. Great inconvenience for me because I changed my plans 3 times to be available for them to come to my home. I'm so disappointed! If you offer a service then provide it!!!

terrible experience. we not go with assembly through Walmart and angi again. there is like zero communication about when someone is coming to do the assembly. pros are able to drop your job with no notification to you and you're left in limbo. I ended up cancelling the service and going with task rabbit. I'm still waiting on my refund from Walmart for no service

I put the Fire pit together by myself. I need a refund for the service that I did not receive. Someone called and ask about putting it together before it was delivered. They said we would have to call Walmart back when the order arrived. I don't have time to do Walmarts job. When I order from other big box stores they deliver them already put together. I don't like random strangers showing up at my home and will not purchase anything that is not already assembled!

I am writing this review because the entire time from start to finish has been nothing but chaos and confusion when I opened up my last piece to put together it was taken. It was broken into 1000 pieces the table top so I'm requesting a refund or a replacement at least a replacement for the table. On on another note, Angie's list was horrible to deal with they came. They set up one man stayed for four hours and then left and said he would come back and never came back. Another man came finished up the couch said he was done without doing the coffee table. Well a little do we know the coffee table was in 1 million little pieces please somebody from Walmart please reach out to me. Thank you.
