My 9 yr old loves this I just hope it last for the price I try to limit it to only two kids at a time for safety n pressure issues if this gets me through 2 summers I will be happy he has lots of friends who love to jump with him yes I would recommend this item to anyone

Would have been great but misunderstood what I purchased...then couldn't find base for it to fit

No instructions included, net didn't fit
I had to call customer service twice to get the instructions after they weren't included in the shipment. We received via email the instructions for the poles, but never received the instructions for the net. We were told the manufacture only had instructions for the poles. The net doesn't look right but we haven't been able to figure out why since we have no instructions. Would not order from this manufacturer again.

Unsafe and not worth the money
Definitely not worth the $- within the same day of setting it up, the u-bolts loosened (and keep loosening) and 4 of the 6 posts have either bent, slid down out of place or toppled over onto the trampoline. One hitting my daughter in the head as she was bouncing. Not a safe product and wish we just went ahead and purchased a new trampoline rather than buying the replacement parts.

The net is completely dry rotted less than six months.
