Great Product!
This product has the highest absorption rate out of all Beta Glucan products I've researched, at around 91%. My immune system was weak for a few years and since I took this product I've rebuilt my immune system and haven't been sick since but I did take it every 6 months. That was per my pharmacist, so please make sure you talk to a qualified professional before taking this or any other medication for that matter.
