Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (Two-Disc Special) [Blu-ray]

It's a fun transformers movie. One of the weakest but still popcorn robot fun

The reason I rated it this way is because the price was really good for a really old movie. That is one of my favorites from my childhood. I was also very satisfied when I got the order. It was still sealed. Never been used. It worked beautifully. I was also very surprised of how fast the shipping was. Overall I was very satisfied.

The movie was awesome when it was in the movies. It wil be even better when it comes out in Blu-ray. I also ordered the Blu-ray version so it will look better and sound better.

Awesome movie and quality. You can enjoy it to its fullest quality with an LED TV of 120 to 720hz.

This movie seems to be a "love it, or hate it" kind of film, but since it was the top grossing movie in the U.S. for 2009, I'd say more people found their love for the big bots. Thrilling action and some of the best special effects seen on the big screen highlight this sequel to 2007's Transformers. The length can get to some people, with a running time of around two and a half hours, but being able to stop and take breaks will be a benefit to seeing this on home video. The plot/storyline is a little convoluted, so don't try to over think everything, just enjoy it for what it is...an explosive action film with humor and amazing spectacle. Honestly, my only issue was with how annoying some of the human characters were, but it's not enough to overshadow the awesomness of seeing the beloved Optimus Prime graduate from a classic 80's cartoon character, to a full fledged action film hero.

Just like the first movie, this one had all the action adventure that can be enjoyed from an 8 to 80 yrs old. Very well made. If you are of a gig-saw puzzle builder to a mechanical/electrical engineer..well this movie if for you. Robotics is the wave of the future and now with advanced computers there is no limits to the special effects. Thanks now for 1080p..wow.

This movie was awesome! Its got a lot of action and cool special effects. Its not meant to teach anyone a life lesson except for the fact that Transformers are awesome so take it for what it is...a movie that is based on a kid's cartoon from the '80's. Enjoy the action and all the coolness! Criticizing this movie is like criticizing a SpongeBob movie. ITS A CARTOON! ENJOY IT FOR WHAT IT IS!

Don't get me wrong by the title of my review as I loved the 2007 transformers movie but here are a lot of sequels in movie franchises that really are terrible and revenge of the fallen is NOT one of them! The movie had it's cheesy scenes i'm sure most people who saw it would agree but looking beyond that revenge of the fallen had a much better story and more in depth character development mostly on the Decepticon side as well as more robots in general and more robot screen time which is everything a lot of people were complaining about what was lacking in the 2007 movie. I went to see Revenge of the fallen six times in the theaters and in Imax no less so I cancelled my Amazon order and purchased it here once I found out the additional Imax footage was a walmart exclusive. I'll be the first to admit the additional footage is only two minutes or so and not at all really important to any plot but it was my movie going experience so I'd lke to keep it that way. If you like robots, transformers and a big action film then this is your best pick for a blu ray release in 2009!
