This is a wow factor figure. A must have and if you get him on the cheap then buy two for display in each mode. Probably my favorite figure in the entire line. If you have some modeling skills you could do some minor modification work and make him into a starscream. I wish this was the seeker mold for all the Jets. if I had one complaint it would be to have more paint apps or stickers.
Great as a robot!! Even better as a jet!! Probably the best looking Transformer that DIDN'T come from the 80s!!! EXCELLENT!!!
This is a beautiful display piece, is around 7 inches tall and looks amazing in robot mode.
This is an amazing figure and I highly recommend it
Probably my favorite Studio Series figure. He's as durable as a WFC figure. He looks great in both modes and is fairly sturdy, even though he does turn into a totally different jet than in the movie. He includes his arm gun, a normal gripping hand, and a swappable stabbing hand like when he removed Bee's voicebox in the movie.
Wonderful toy. My only complaint is that the head/upper torso doesn't actually tab into anything and has a tendency to wiggle when you move the arms. Still a good toy, and great for children. If the upper torso actually had a locking point, I'd call this 5star quality.
I don't own this nor will I probably ever for one reason, the plane mode looks nothing like an F4 Phantom which is what Blitzwing was in the movie. Robot mode looks closer to what he looked like than plane mode. I love the robot mode, at least that's somewhat accurate but if you like it despite not being movie accurate in plane mode then fine but it's not for me. Don't know why they didn't keep movie accuracy for plane mode....
