I am enjoying this. I chose fruit punch and it did not disappoint! This gives me subtle energy throughout most of the day when I take it mid morning. I like to treat myself and put it in a full bottle of Evian or Perrier. That way I get my water in too! Going to try other flavors and put it on auto ship!!

Every single flavor of the boost shot I have tried has been delicious. I am typically sensitive to caffeine, but do not experience jitters or an energy crash. I love to use the boost shot as a pre-workout and sip on it throughout my workout. Highly recommend!

I love my daily boost shot drink. It makes me want to exercise and be productive. My favorite flavor finally came back in stock so I bought six LOL. My only complaint would be I wish the offered free shipping if you order a lot and the shipping was a little fastee

I have been using it for awhile and have not noticed an improvement in energy but what I do notice is that I have trouble falling and staying asleep once I started using this. I drink this mid-morning so not late in the day

I do not like the flavor of Boost Shot Cherry Limeade. I started coughing as soon as I opened the container and the after taste once mixed with water is not to my liking
