I like the space of the bag and the usb connection for charging. A very roomy bag and holds a quite a bit.

One of the pockets inside was stitched into the zipper so I can't use it for anything. It will not open. I checked the outside zippers to see if they work but didn't check inside zipper. As I was packing for my trip tomorrow, I saw it. I am very upset over it. It doesn't have as many pockets as I thought. The shoe storage takes up to much space inside.

Not all pockets were properly sewn together. Frayed seams. Struggled to get 20 oz water bottle in side pocket. Material feels super cheap. Straps are padded but easily wanted to bunch. No way to connect to checked luggage. Would not buy again and would not recommend.
